Vector Renewables, Technical Advisor for the Refinancing of Enfinity Global's 250 MW Solar Portfolio in Japan
Vector Renewables is pleased to announce its participation as Technical Advisor in the performance of the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for Enfinity Global, in the refinancing process of its solar portfolio in Japan, which has been successfully concluded with a financing of $164 million (JPY 26.24 billion).
Enfinity Global's portfolio comprises seven large-scale solar projects in operation and one under construction, with a total capacity of 250 MW. Vector Renewables' team in Japan has carried out a thorough review of the technical design, inspection of major equipment, verification of permits and contracts, as well as analysis of energy and financial performance. This comprehensive approach ensures the identification and mitigation of risks in renewable energy projects.

These projects are expected to generate more than 300 GWh of clean energy annually, enough to power 60,000 Japanese homes and reduce 35,000 tons of CO2 emissions. This achievement demonstrates Vector Renewables’ commitment to implementing best practices in operations and maintenance, thus ensuring long-term reliability and optimal performance in each project.
