Vector Renewables provided Technical Advisory services to Conecta2 Generación Renovable II SLU

Vector Renewables is pleased to announce that it was selected to provide Technical Advisory services to Conecta2 on a comprehensive solar self-consumption project at the SEAT factory, located in Catalonia. This project involved five different installations, distributed according to the following capacities according to location: Barcelona with 2.68 MWp, Componentes with 6.44 MWp, Martorell CTS with 1.1 MWp, Martorell Fábrica with 10.31 MWp and Taller 20 with 5.91 MWp.

The Vector Renewables team in Spain, led by María Vivanco, Head of the Technical Advisory Department in Iberia, carried out an exhaustive Technical Due Diligence (TDD) service. This assessment included a detailed analysis of several critical aspects, ranging from site assessments, technical design reviews, permitting, energy performance assessments, to alignment with EU Taxonomy policies and the Green Lending Principles.

Alongside the Technical Due Diligence phase, Vector Renewables provided milestone certification and invoice review services, ensuring that the financial management of the project was transparent and accountable. This involved regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify that expenditures were supported by appropriate invoicing.

The services provided further reinforce Vector Renewables' strong track record as an independent renewable energy project advisor.
