Vector Renewables increases its commitment to renewable energy with a new wind project in Oaxaca in which we will provide Asset management services
Vector Renewables, a leading independent renewable energy consulting firm, is pleased to announce its participation in an exciting wind project in Oaxaca, Mexico, in collaboration with Energías Ambientales de Oaxaca (EAOSA), a subsidiary of Dragados Industrial and part of the ACS Group.
This project represents another step forward in Vector Renewables' trajectory in the North American country, where it already has more than 10 years of experience.
Vicente Garcia, Country Manager, wanted to emphasize: The wind asset that Vector will be managing has a capacity of 102 MW and is comprised of 51 Vestas technology wind turbines located in Oaxaca, in southeastern Mexico, a strategic location for wind power generation.
The scope of this contract covers both Technical Asset Management (TAM) and Commercial Asset Management (CAM) services, including the monitoring of the plant's main strategic indicators and project performance, technical and commercial reporting, monthly control of energy sales, monitoring of compliance with permits and contractual obligations, supervision of O&M and other on-site subcontractors, among other services that Vector will be responsible for.
As a result of this exciting work, Vector Renewables Mexico increases its participation in asset management projects, reaching a total of 500 MW managed in renewable energy through three different technologies (solar, hydroelectric and wind).
