After eight years of dedication in the renewable energy industry and having carried out projects in over 20 countries, Vector Cuatro has overcome the 1,000 MW of installed capacity under management. This excellent milestone comes on top of the large portfolio that the Firm carried out through its other three business lines -technical services, transactions and legal advisory- and that positions itself as a global reference in the renewable energy industry.
Vector Cuatro, founded in 2007, started its business activity by managing investments for clients in Spain, providing those advisory services in the long run to domestic and international investors on a global level. Henceforth, the Firm continuously grew in its service range and geographical coverage, merging in 2011 with Langley Renovables, which became the beginning of its unparalleled growth, through further national and international developments, and a fantastic client base.
Recently, Vector Cuatro signed several agreements for asset management in Italy, Spain and UK, hence increasing its capacity under management to more than 1 GW in almost 200 facilities.
With more than 100 highly qualified professionals in 10 offices worldwide, Vector Cuatro has been able to adapt to a great variety of clients, which include the top investment funds, financial institutions, international sponsors and developers in the renewable energy industry worldwide.
In September 2014, the company was acquired by Falck Renewables Group (FKR.MI), a leading player in the European renewable energy industry and listed at the Milan Stock Exchange. The integration of the two companies, combining as it does distinctive and complementary geographic and technological coverage, is expected to enhance overall capabilities, permitting further expansion into new technologies and new services.
